I would like to post here about the long time debate on what is a better sci-fi product, “Star Wars or Star Trek”. First I would like to say that I like them both, second they both are very different in nature. While star wars is about conquest & betrayal, star trek is about space exploration & discovery. They both have very good vision in what they are representing. Now having stated that, this is what I prefer about star trek over star wars. Star trek has this based on reality idea that someday we may or may not come to pass as a better species, but it does give a glimpse into the future of mankind. While what I don’t like about star wars in the none logical characters it has, even for a fantasy comic type of logic. For example characters that look and act like more animal then they do representing a evolved life form that can understand,build and use advanced technological devices. I always believed that if you build a fantasy universe, make sure that the life follows that universes logic. So this is my short opinion on starwars vs star trek and for now I will leave you with this short that I found on the battle of the two.
