For love or for money! If you had a choice what would you choose to marry for? That is the question. I ask this because recently I was hearing this debate on talk radio, which I wondered myself what the of the majority people would choose. They say that the percentage increases when you begin to ask people going up in age range. For example if you asked in the 20-30 years of age, they say that below 40% would choose money over love. As you go older in the 30-40 years of age, they say over 50% would choose money instead of love and over 50 years of age it becomes well over 60%. The talk radio started out the debate reading a letter that was sent in to the radio station asking for them for help. In the letter the person stated that he was fixed up on a blind date by his fiend with this girl that at first new nothing about, he didn’t know that see was rich etc…But the as the relationship was moving forward he began to find out that she & her family are wealthy, & that she was much older that what see looked. He Is 28 and she is 39 years of age, This become relevant because as they continue to date she begin to treat him to expensive gifts, trips etc….and she fall in love and asks him to marry her and also wants to have kids right away because her biological clock is ticking. The only thing is he likes her but doens’t love her and that’s why he wrote the letter asking the question is it OK to marry for money and forget love because his love will be on easy street until the day he dies..

I personally could never marry for money, not because I am above living in comfort and enjoying the good things in life. It’s just I could never be someone that was bought and kept like a person would buy and keep a pet animal. Example a bird in a cage, no-mater how large and beautiful a cage would be, there is still only one person, one master that has the key to the door etc…
